01 PRINCIPLE
We never hold your money. Payments go wallet to wallet, and there is no Rayl balance to freeze or lose.

Stablecoins already move more value than the card networks. Almost none of it is built for a business to run on. Rayl is the missing layer, and it never touches the money.

About
Anyone can put a USDC address on an invoice. The trouble starts a week later: two customers send the same amount, a third sends it on the wrong chain, and nobody can say which payment belongs to which order, or when it is safe to ship.
The usual fix is a processor that takes the money in, credits you a balance and pays you out later. That brings back everything stablecoins were supposed to remove: a company holding your funds, a payout schedule, and an account that can be frozen.
We started from the other end. Rayl signs the exact terms of each payment before the customer pays, and a smart contract enforces them. The money goes from the customer’s wallet to yours in one transaction, and Rayl handles everything around it: matching, confirmations, webhooks, refunds and payouts.
So a business gets the tooling it expects from a card processor, without anyone sitting between it and its money. That is the whole idea, and every part of the product exists to keep it true.
Our principles
Hosted checkout at 1% per payment, or Rail at 0% with a monthly plan. Either way, the money lands in your wallet.
